Our guides and services are supplied to consumers in Australia. The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) provides statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Guarantees for goods
Printed and digital guides must be of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose, and match their description. For a major failure you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure we will remedy the issue within a reasonable time.
Guarantees for services
Custom outline services must be provided with due care and skill, within a reasonable time, and as described. If we cannot deliver as agreed, you may be entitled to a refund under the ACL.
Change of mind
ACL guarantees differ from change-of-mind returns. See our Returns & refunds policy for voluntary returns where applicable.
