1. Scope
This policy applies to ritual guides and custom outline services purchased from Removalaecartila.
2. Digital guides
If you have not downloaded or opened files, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After access, refunds are offered only where required by Australian Consumer Law.
3. Printed guides
Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Custom outlines
Once a bespoke draft has been delivered, refunds are not available because the service is tailored. If we cannot deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may cancel before delivery for a full refund.
5. Process
Email connect@removalaecartila.world with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Consumer guarantees
Australian consumers retain statutory rights for major failures and misdescription. This policy does not limit those rights.
